TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal Information. When you register and set up an account, use or visit the Site, or contact us by e-mail or other means for any reason, you will be asked for the relevant pieces of information that specifically identify an individual, such as, but not be limited to, your name, age, contact details (email, address and telephone number), date and place of birth, passport information, payment information (billing and financial information which may include your postal and email addresses) and preferences. Referral Service. We may offer a referral service to tell a friend about the Site. In such case, we may ask you for your friend’s email address or any other information needed to send the invitation and we may also ask you to invite a friend via third party services such as Facebook or Twitter. By providing email addresses of non-users, you represent that you have the right to do so and that such information may also be provided to the third party service that you have designated to contact the non-user. We store and use this information to send this invitation, to register a friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our referral service. Your friend may contact us at email@example.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
Location Information. If you choose to enable location-based services, we may collect your location based on information provided by you or your mobile device, including, if available, GPS, IP address or cell tower information.
Third Party Information. We may receive information about you from third parties (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.) (Third Party Sites), in accordance with the policies and terms of such Third Party Sites. This Policy governs any information we have and combine with information from Third Party Sites.
Anonymous Data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your personal data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data.

PUBLICLY POSTED INFORMATION
Aggregated or anonymized information; any publicly available information about lawyers; information about you that is provided by third parties; or information that is posted to publicly accessible areas of the Site is not personal information and may be used publicly by Lexyom. Personal Information that you post to public areas of the Site or via your profile is not considered personal information and therefore, may become publicly available. For example, information you post in your profile or in client ratings, peer endorsements, Q&A forum, or any other interactive areas may be made publicly available and can potentially be viewed by anyone. Your posting automatically constitutes consent to share such information publicly, and you should assume that such information will be widely disseminated, including via search engines and other tools to locate information online (e.g., internet archive). For the avoidance of doubt, posting a question anonymously is not considered personal information and therefore, may become publicly available. When you post a question anonymously, this only means that your identity will not be revealed to other users on the website. We will use your email address to forward responses to your request even if you use the anonymous feature.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION

PROTECTING THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Lexyom uses third party service provides to transmit, store, encrypt, process and display uploaded documents on your behalf. Lexyom has taken measures reasonably necessary to ensure these services keep uploaded documents private and secure, but there organizations practices are ultimately beyond our control. By using the documents feature, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume the risks.
Information that we collect may be stored an processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this Policy. By using the Site, you agree that we can process and transfer your information in this manner.

In addition, lawyers may change certain information contained in their profile by claiming their profile and editing the information contained therein.
Please note that in certain circumstances, we may not, or may not be able to, remove or change certain information, even in the event an account is closed. For example, we may retain and continue to display any information you provided in connection with a question, answer, endorsement or client review.
You may, at any time, decline to share your personal information with us, in which case you will not be able to access some of the features and functionality found in the Site. You may “opt out” of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, this shall not affect our ability to send you service and account related emails and to use your personal information as otherwise described in this Policy. If you register as a User, you may update, correct, or delete your profile information and preferences at any time by emailing us at email@example.com. If you request your account information be deleted from our database, we may maintain information about individual sales transactions for record- keeping and servicing.
